About this course:


Everything, living or non-living, is either Acidic or Alkaline. Our blood’s pH level is pretty much determined by the food we eat. When our bodies are in an acidic state, they perform poorly and have difficulty resisting the harsh effects of oxidation and disease-inflicting viruses.



Your body has two very important numbers.


The first is your body temp at 98.6 and the second is your pH at 7.36 - 7.4 pH balance. We need to remain in an alkaline state vs. acidic. The key word is BALANCE. Once you hit tilt, your body goes into a crisis mode.
